• Are the repairs guaranteed?

    We guarantee our work for 90 days. Please return the device within 90 days and we will apply the initial free to any subsequent repair charge. Warranties are void if damage to the device is found to be due to impact or liquid damage.

  • Are your technicians qualified?

    Our technicians are Auckland University electrical engineering graduates and our work is covered by a three month warranty. All parts are guaranteed.
  • How long do repairs typically take?

    Phone repairs generally take 1 to 2 hours. Computers and water damage devices require a longer period and may be kept overnight or longer. We will always let you know the estimated repair time and advise if there is any change.

  • How long does delivery take?

    We use Deadline Express for Auckland CBD deliveries, if you need your phone returned in the same day then we request that you book your repair before 1pm. After 1pm the return delivery may be the next day.

    CourierPost is used for all deliveries outside of the Auckland CBD. Standard delivery to most NZ post codes take 2-3 working days. Please allow longer for RURAL areas. We accept Private Bag or P.O. Box post addresses.

  • Is the courier tracked?

    You will be contacted by email with a CourierPost or Deadline Express tracking number when your order is dispatched. You can find out the status of your delivery online by visiting www.courierpost.co.nz or www.deadlineexpress.co.nz. Most devices will require a signature upon delivery.
